Aterion Acquires MAKT Kraft

The acquisition strengthens Aterion’s offering in local and regional power infrastructure and adds further capacity across both project execution and long-term maintenance.

Founded in 2019 and based in Kalmar, MAKT Kraft provides services across the full voltage range from 0.4 to 400 kV. The company’s offering includes installation, cable works, repair and maintenance of power grids. MAKT Kraft has completed more than 100 power projects across Sweden to date.
