At Aterion, sustainability drives everything we do – from how we manage our companies and develop our employees to the way we execute projects.

We actively work to support the reduction of climate- and environmental impact and promote the efficient use of resources. We comply with regulations and contribute to achieving Sweden's national environmental objectives as well as the UN's global sustainability goals outlined in Agenda 2030.

By supplying customized solutions to our customers including power plants, power grids and supporting infrastructure, Aterion will contribute to the electrification of industries and enable the green transition from unsustainable fuel sources. Through industry-leading competence and expertise, we are well-positioned to drive solutions that improve the generation and distribution of power, promoting sustainability.

Our whistleblower service

Our whistleblower service exists to pick up early warning signals and thereby reduce risks. It is an important tool for promoting high ethical standards and maintaining a high level of trust in us as a company.

The whistleblower service can be used to warn about incidents, events or wrongdoing that may affect employees, our organization, society or the environment.

Employees and others are encouraged to report suspected cases of misconduct or unethical behavior within Aterion. The report may contain information about crimes, irregularities and violations - or other actions that are against EU laws or national laws, within a work-related context.

You do not need to have any evidence to support your suspicions, but all reporting must be done in good faith.

Aterion's whistleblower function enables completely anonymous reporting of any problems or potential lack of compliance via an external actor. It is important to include information about where the incident in question occurred and who it affects.

How it works

  • Submitted information will be handled, investigated and followed up properly and discreetly with the possibility of anonymity and confidentiality throughout the process.
  • If you report via our web-based tool, you can follow your case via the portal.
  • Sharing your personal data is voluntary, but remember that this makes you non-anonymous.
  • Any form of retaliation against a whistleblower is a violation of Aterion's Code of Conduct and will not be tolerated.
