Aterion Strengthens the Management Team with the Appointment of Karolina Roos as Group CFO and William Odlander as Head of M&A

Karolina Roos joins the management team as CFO and brings extensive experience in corporate finance, financial strategy, and operational leadership. She has held key leadership roles in both multinational corporations and public organizations, coming most recently from Stockholm Vatten och Avfall where she served as Chief Financial Officer.

William Odlander joins as Head of M&A for Aterion coming most recently from serving as head of M&A at publicly listed company Wall to Wall Group. In addition, William has held various positions at EQT and Dustin Group. William’s appointment highlights Aterion’s buy and build agenda and long-term ambition to further expand and strengthen its market position through acquisitions.
