Aterion Announces Appointment of Hans von Uthmann as Chairman of the Board and Eric Johansson as Chief Executive Officer
Hans von Uthmann brings a wealth of leadership experience across the energy and industrial sectors, having held key executive roles in multinational corporations including Vattenfall, Duni and Shell. He has held the role of Chairman of the Board in companies including Hexicon, Netcontrol, Falbygdens Energi, ONE Nordic and member of the Board of Eltel Networks and Fortum. Hans is also Chairman of the Board of the Swedish Olympic Committee. With a strong background in corporate governance and strategic development, he will play a pivotal role in guiding Aterion’s board and ensuring the company’s vision and values align with its growth strategy.
Eric Johansson, a seasoned executive with extensive expertise in the real estate and facility management sector, has recently assumed the position of Group CEO. Over the years, Eric has consistently demonstrated a track record of delivering substantial shareholder value through organic growth initiatives and strategic mergers and acquisitions. He has a long history of leading large, value driven organizations in contract-based businesses across the Nordics and Baltics. Most recently, Eric served as CEO of Newsec Asset Management AB.
